Have tried installing the game in the Windows98, WindowsXP and WindowsVista bottles and installation runs smoothly. However, when attempt to start the game each time I get the same Gameguard initialization error message: unable to open oreans.vxd driver. I was unaware that this issue has occured with another game produced by the same company (Maplestory), apparently there has been no resolution so far.
Unfortunately the Nexon games all have this issue. You are more than welcome to read more about it here.
