I have this problem with one of my databases where the administrators says that it has 3 GB, but after deleting all the emails from the all documents and trash option, I'm still receiving an over quota message from the server. I also did the replica too just in case.
Hey Luis, you may want to ask this on a Notes forum. This is really more about problems releated directly to Notes on CrossOver(WINE), not general Notes questions. But that being said, I'll take a stab at the problem and assume you did not compact the database after you deleted the contents. If the Domino server is not set to run a compaction job at regular intervals then the database will stay the size it was at it's maximum. Go to the Notes Workspace and right-click on the database, select Database->Properties and then click on the second tab (it will have a lowercase i ) click "% Used" and it will show you how much of the database size is being taken up by documents, anything less than 90% (95% on a really big DB) you need to press the Compact button. Hope that helps.
The Notes databases don't reduce in size until they are compacted. On the server it's usually setup to do it periodicaly during the week.
If you click on the database - do File / database /properites. select the second tab (i on it) you will see the database size. You can press compact to have it compacted
