Hi,
This is new and I wonder if anyone has experienced it as well: I got Notes 6.5.3 running on CrossOver 5.0.1. If I leave it unattended for a while, minimized or otherwise, the next time I try to do something with Notes it locks up my entire machine. I'm not talking just the X server. It hangs the entire frickin' machine in the most typical Windows fashion even though I'm running SuSE 10!
It's unbelievable. I've tried to log into my locked-up machine from another machine but the incident even kills the network connection, i.e., the machine is no longer visible from the network. I've never seen anything like it, I mean, something locking up Linux as if it was a Redmond child.
As a result, I've had to repair my "/" partition quite a number of times booting from the CD in rescue mode. I think this may have something to do with a fix present only on 5.0.1 that corrected bouncy Notes windows in 5.0, which I think I reported.
Has anyone experienced this?
Cheers,
Marlon
