Whenever I open the Turbine Store in-game, the game either crashes and closes or freezes with a black screen where the store would normally be.
Looking online it looks like I might need to install the Mozilla engine but it already appears to be installed ("Gecko").
Anyone experienced something similar?

This is a known problem. Basically with Awesomium.
A new version of Awesomium will be in an upcoming update -- which, it is hoped, will address the problem.
