Enabling anti-aliasing

Is it possible to enable antialiasing using some registry edit or setting anywhere?

After returning on a new computer that can handle AA, I wanted to bump this topic. Previously I had no concern for it, as my system was terribly slow, but with a juiced up computer I now would like to be able to enable it. I've tried some of the other hacks listed for other games (like Halflife) but to no avail.

Any suggestions?
