PyLOTRO Game Error [201]

I have patched LOTRO using PyLOTRO. It displayed the FINISHED. I login using PyLOTRO with my account details, the Output window opens up and I get an error.

Game Error [201]
Can't open the data files. Check that they exist and that you have permission to write them. The program will now exit. [201]

I assume the data files are the files I downloaded for installation?
