Programs missing from list.

I have 2 MacBook Pros and have different problems with each of them.
The first has a black screen and is discussed in another thread.
The second says it installs (Takes a very long time simulating a reboot at one point) and the list of applications in the Bottle is correct, But the Program list at the top does not show PyLotro or Lord of the Rings like it does on the other machine.
I have used the option "Rebuild Program List" but that does not change things.
Is there a way to get items into the Program List?

If the items are not in the Programs MENU, then do a Refresh Programs Menu. ...if still not there, Clear & Rebuild should work (although it will revert items to "program.exe" as names)

If that STILL doesnt' work, make sure the programs are installed. Configure -> Manage Bottles

and take a step back. Make sure you're using CrossOver Games. ...and not CrossOver or CrossOver Pro. CXG bottles are kept separate from CX bottles. That is, if you accidentally installed LOTRO under CrossOver Pro, CrossOver Games cannot see it.

The programs are installed. Rebuilding the program list doesn't work. Using "Run Command" and "Save in Program List" doesn't even work.
Run command and navigating to PyLotro will run though, it patches but then gives me a black screen with a yellow ring in the top left corner before going to a black screen. This is different from every other time I've tried to install, I usually get the People walking picture.
I don't have anything but Crossover Games installed.

Not sure what's going on with the Programs menu. You're obviously using at least CXG 9.1 or the C4P files wouldn't be working. What version are using?

9.2 I believe.

I tried the mines of moria install as suggested in the black screen thread.
i wound up with no programs in the list.
When trying to run pylotro manually I get

The command "/Users/thunderfoot/Library/Application Support/CrossOver Games/Bottles/Lord of the Rings Online-3/drive_c/Program Files/PyLotRO/pylotro.exe" returned 255.

StdOut:

Which config file holds the information for the menus? (If I wanted to edit it manually...)

I cant fix the programs menu.
I believe the python error when I run the program directly follows on from that, that that way of running programs doesn't use the bottle properly so it gets the settings wrong.
I need the program menu fixed before I can even run PyLotro to see if anything else works.

This article on permissions fixed that issue. I believe I'm right that you can't run the pylotro exe directly.
