PMB Stuck on "Executing pre installation actions"

While downloading LotRO, I reached 99%, it was almost complete until it crashed, I know I can simply continue it and when I do it usually comes to, for some reason, installing PMB again. Now, I am currently stuck on "Executing pre installation actions".

Any help please?

I am using the latest version of Crossover Games and Mac OS X 10.6.6

Edit:
Disregard this post, my problem is fixed. A simple connection error occurred and needed to reboot my computer. Thank you for any help you may have given me anyway..

Good news -- the PMB is a "torrent" style downloader and should resume with no problems.... as long as communicatinos works :)
