LoTRO Install hangs at installing DirectX runtime. Cancelled DL and install of it, and continued with install.

I was installing LoTRO and all was going well. It hung on installing the DirectX runtime though, gave it 15 minutes to do its thing. I pressed cancel, and it continued the install. Since LoTRO requires it apparently, how can I install it manually for LoTRO to use?

Nevermind. The silly installation dialog was hidden. However the installer hung on the pando DL thingy, I had to force close the pando downloader. Can I reinitialize the process, or will I need to start all over? I'm not fiddling with it until STO is done.
