How to save...(?)

This work really needs a manual explaining the keyboard shortcuts. I haven't figured out how to save anybody please reply and let me know.
These I've found:
Ctrl + C = Quit
Ctrl + M = Mouse Mode
Ctrl + J = Joystick Mode (don't think this works)
Ctrl + V = Version displayed
F9 toggles subtitles.
