Lineage Crash on Thinkpad T400 Mint 18 - Poss GameGuard Cause

Equipment: 64bit Thinkpad T400 running Mint 18 XFCE

Crash on Lineage 2 bootup -- you can actually see the game try to start before it's cut off, possibly by GameGuard which also pops an error window. Don't have specific diagnostics apps to track game crash, just those the Lineage 2 launcher and GameGuard provided:
