Feb/11 steam update killed L4D2

L4D2's been working perfectly for me (if a little faster the under XP)
But the Feb/11 steam update seems to have returned me to getting an 'Incomplete Installation (2)' error again. It's not cured (for me) by the usual tricks - Verifying files, deleting client.dll clientregistry.blob etc...
Has anyone else been experiencing this, or is it just me?
