Working good in linux with COG 8.0

Installs cleanly into it's own bottle using the winXP bottle profile.
Defaults for the game is to start in windowed mode @ 1024 x 768, so
it really does run 'out of the box' as it were. Content updater and
online connectivity all working fine - game-play is very good.
