I have been using KHS with Crossover on Mac OS Mojave for a while now, and it works pretty well. Had a few issues setting it up the first time but since then been excellent. Does anyone know if this will still work if I upgrade my OS to Catalina? I haven't done it yet as I really do need KHS for congregation scheduling etc, so any insight into this would be much appreciated.

We do not have a version of CrossOver that is compatible with Catalina yet. We have two blog posts which detail our progress and the challenges involved here: first postsecond post.
Long story short, Catalina does not support running 32-bit processes, and the current version of CrossOver relies on those in order to function. I would advise you not to upgrade to Catalina until a Catalina-supported version of CrossOver is released.
