WIndows script 5.7 not loading into the EVE bottle.

any ideas as to why the windows Script 5.7 wont load into the EVE bottle?
It says its trying to exit but the script hasn't loaded.

"An error occurred while installing Windows Script 5.7

The installer has exited but Windows Script 5.7 does not seem to be installed"
