So just a quick question about using this (or any steam app really)... to have this work with the compatability rating listed, in this case silver, do we have to install and/or run this some special way or is that rating for this Steam based game under the assumption that you install Steam through it's associated cross-tie then download and launch through Steam the same you would in Windows?

The silver ranking has been drawn against Crossover Games 8.x so it's been
sometime since it was tested (hopefully it still works in CXG-10.x) -- and yes,
install Steam via crosstie (or builtin target in the cxinstaller GUI), and then
install Killing Floor from within the Steam client.
