Install a steam game maually

Hello all I am trying to get Journey to the Savage Planet working on Crossover Mac. I have no Idea how to install a stream game manually. Can someone give me a hand.

What do you mean when you say manually?

Typically the process is to install Steam via the Crosstie(if you search Steam when selecting Install) and install the game via Steam.
