Just tried this in CG 9.2 on Mac OS X 10.6.5

I installed the game as a full installation and copied all remaining files from the CDs. Running the game as is gave a tiny window in the top of the screen with multi-coloured flickering graphics.

Running the game via the "run command" option and adding the -windowgui after pointing Crossover Games at the .exe file as suggested in the tips & tricks section allowed the game to start normally - the intro movie etc all played fine although in a small window. I couldn't seem to get this command with the -windowgui flag to be saved to the program menu so I had to add this manually each time I ran it.

Once into the actual game hardware rendering could be enabled and the resolution of the graphics could be increased but the menus and videos always play in the tiny window. The only problem I had once in game is that going back to the menu to change keys or save the game I would find that the menu screen would not refresh so it was hard to follow what you were clicking on. A work around for this on my machine was to switch to another space in the operating system (I have 4 spaces enabled and run Crossover games in one of them). When moving back to the space each time the display would have been updated. The other issue was when saving a game I struggled to name the save file as only the "0" and "1" key on the keyboard seamed to work in the box.

I've experienced the same: in-game, your resolution settings are used, while menus and cutscenes remain at 640x480, exiting fullscreen and playing in a small window.

While a coded fix would obviously be superior, a workaround that I use is to run the game at full resolution, but my Mac at 640x480 (on my MacBook Pro this leaves some bars on the side). I move the resolution-switching menu icon over next to Spotlight so it will still show at that resolution. The game remembers my 1440x900 setting and plays full res despite my Mac being at 640x480. Cutscenes are not fullscreen, but it's close. Menus are a little offset due to the menubar on top; this makes hitting some UI elements at the bottom tough, but you can cursor over and hit enter.

Obviously a bugfix would be better, but this gives a more game-like experience.
