Entering Game Problem

Hi:P,
i'm also one with problems (sight).
i'd like to play jade dynasty but it don't work pretty well, i've installed directx from the supported software list, updated and all those things, but when i go in en want to login in character, he is loading and at the moment entering game appears i see this:
