The fullscreen option doesn't work as it should. Instead of the game going in fullscreen, it get placed at the apple menu (top left) in the screen size you chose. So far that's the only problem I have encountered as of yet.

If I understand what you're saying, it uses almost the full screen, but leaves the menu bar (and the Dock if you don't keep that hidden) showing. Is that right?
Do you have a choice of resolutions in the game's video settings? If so, you may need to select the one which corresponds to your actual display resolution.
CrossOver determines whether the Windows program has gone full-screen based on when it switches resolutions. CrossOver gives the game a number of resolutions to choose from. Most of those correspond to the resolutions supported by your display. If the game uses one of those, CrossOver switches into full-screen mode and hides the menu bar and Dock. CrossOver also provides a "special" resolution which is equal to your desktop size minus the menu bar. If the game uses that, then CrossOver does not use full-screen mode. This is actually how a game switches CrossOver out of full-screen mode -- it restores the resolution to the original setting, which is this special resolution.
That's kind of how it works. The desktop is still there. It's like Window mode without the window decoration showing.
I get the same issue with full screen.
If I start the game at my native/OS resolution using the options on the launcher, I get the Menu and Dock still there.
However if I start windowed then use the options in the game to go fullscreen then there is no Menu or Dock and everything is fine.
Also in windowed mode the W,A,S,D keys for movement do not work, which renders the game rather unplayable.
Given this is a MMORPG, I do tend to run in a window so I can look at the game wiki/guides/chat via msn with other players (in-game chat sux)
So the fact that it's unplayable in a window is a bit of a deal breaker.
Any known workarounds or ways to fix the keys issue ?
