iTunes 7.6 won't install on CrossOver Pro 7

Hi all,

when I attempt to install iTunes 7.6 on CrossOver Professional 7 (for Linux), the installation just seems to always "hang" with the installer screen saying that it is checking available disk space. I also cannot cancel the installation from the iTunes installer, but must cancel it via CrossOver. After cancelling it appears that QuickTime and the Apple Updater have been installed...but iTunes itself not.

Does anyone have any ideas about this?

cheers,

Kristian.

Hello Kristian,

the iTunes-Installer should do the job.
When the installer /seems/ to hang, please wait ~5 minutes.
The installer will continue and iTunes will work just fine(at least it worked on my Linux Box).

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Tom
