iTunes 4.0 Forum

First, thanks for getting this working. I downloaded 4.0 today, and then installed i-tunes. The default install seems to be 4.6. I used it for a while, then downloaded 4.7 from the Apple site, and installed it as an unsupported application.

Two issues.

First, every time I start the program, it tells me that there is no information in the registry for burning, and I have to press OK. Waste of time, but not the end of the world. Anyone else have this.

Far more serious, using either the default 4.6 install, or the 4.7 unsupported install, the SHIFT and CTRL keys don't work. They seem to act like a backspace key. If I want to highlight a group of songs, so I can mass-change artist for instance, it can't be done.

I booted up some other Crossover apps, like Offce, Kazaa etc., and there was no problem under 4.0 with SHIFT or CTRL. Anyone have this one?

Shift and control seem to work as long as you hold them down -- things get unselected when you release the modifier (at least this is the case for me).
