Music Store not working

I just download CrossOver 4 and installed Itunes. However, whenever I try to access the music store, itunes just keeps crashing on me. Any ideas that I can try? I would like to buy music again.

I automatically kept enabling full-screen after I started iTunes, which it did not like at all. not touching that button makes it work perfectly, albeit slowly.

I would recommend entering a support ticket.
do you have other things installed or just iTunes?

I just have Itunes installed and it's in a user account all by itself. How do I open a support ticket?
