New beta install errors

So I tried to install the new beta 9-15-10 for ie9 on a vista bottle.
And then on a standard ie7 bottle that I changed to vista.
The installer would not even start.
Here is the log (for the ie7 bottle):

/2cents on the missing dll files -- they're part of the windows7 release...

Well that kinda blows. I downloaded the Vista 32-bit beta. :(
Thank God I don't need IE for anything right now.
