CX 11.3.1, fresh install of IE7, with or without updates and Flash ActiveX.
IE7 crashes on start, tries download runonce3 from runonce.msn.com.
I edited the registry as described by Microsoft.
Also I changed Default_Page_URL and Start Page both to about:blank and Local Page to %SystemRoot%\system32\blank.htm, but IE7 still crashes and now it tries download navcancl from ieframe.dll.
Another program Shareman.exe is p2p client in my provider's network. I think it uses IE engine to show some web content. It not crashes but opens two IE download dialogs after start if was installed in same bottle with IE7. It want download navcancl from ieframe.dll and banner from provider's network. There is no problems if Shareman.exe was installed separately, with Crossover HTML Engine only.
