I have tried several times, to install IE 6 and it seems to install correctly but I am unable to find it anywhere. It is rather frustrating for those rare times when I might want or need to use a Windows based browser. Any assistance would be appreciated.
You must install IE6 into a win98-type bottle if you wish to use it as a standalone browser. Installing it into other types of bottle is only useful for providing components to other applications. It does not produce a useful standalone browser.
