Internet explorer 6.0 installation

I am very new to both Linux and Crossover. I would like to install IE6.0 so that I can begin evaluating other software with Linux. I have a download of the basic IE 6.0 files and MDAC but am unsure how to proceed. Crossover appears to want to downoad the lot again from Microsoft. As i have a dialup connection I really don't want to do this, Can anyone offer some advice?

After you choose the IE 6 package, CrossOver will ask if you want to do an Express or Advanced install. Choose Advanced. Then, CrossOver will give you the option to select an installer file (e.g. ie6setup.exe) on your local disk.
