Immortal Cities: Children of the Nile Forum

Hi there,

I'am new to Crossver. I tried to install "Children of the nile" from the 2 CDs-version I own. The Windows-Installer seems to work just fine. After installation, it shows an "intstallation finished"-message and quits just like it is suppossed to. But after that, the Crossover Installationswizard doesn't show progress anymore, and doesn't finish. When I click "cancel", that results in a newly created bottle, but no entry in Crossovers "Programs"-menu, so I am unable to start the game.

I'm having this exact problem too. My macbook gets too hot while playing on Bootcamp, so Crossover was my hope. Other games are installing and running fine, just not this one. Hoping to get a fix for this soon as it's my favourite game!
