Can I use the C4P Files with a already installed IL2?

Hi,
I don't exactly understand what you mean here - what is
it you are trying to do?
Cheers!
not trying to actually do anything... :)
I have IL2 al installed & working ok(ish).. I was wondering if the C4p for this would help.
or have I just misunderstood what C4p file does?
C4P files are mostly about getting a program installed. Therefore, if you have it installed, you usually have no need to use the C4P.
For some programs, the C4P may set up stuff in the registry, or the like, to make the program run better. In that cases, there might be some justification for repeating the installation process using the C4P if you think those settings would improve things. From looking at the C4P in this case, I don't think that applies here.
(If there were such a case, you can conveniently skip the bulk of the installation -- the part where the actual installer program is run -- by just exiting out of it. CrossOver should ask if you want to cancel the whole installation, try again, or just skip that step and go on. If you just skip that step, everything else is still done.)
