I am new on IDA pro and try to edit hex code but when try to edit then it's overwrite the hex code not adding new code. In my IDA pro edit patch already enable but still overwrite and old hex code erase. Please tell me how to solve this issues. I just want add new hex without erase old hex.
My code is regarding 6502 8-bit microprocessor

I don't think you can change the file size while patching the file, even with plugins. It might be related with how IDA stores it's own database. You might want to use some other hex editors for that.
Besides, inserting or removing bytes will cause relative addressing to fail horribly. Make sure you really want to do that.
So adding new hex code not possible in Ida pro?
