Flickering mouse cursor - Any updates guys?

Hey guys,

Just purchased IWD2 over at the GoG sale and it appears I'm having the same flickering mouse cursor issue that has been mentioned on these forums before. Has anyone found a workable solution? I have GoG's BG2 and can run that without any problems aside from it not being full screen. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
