HOBOware free download won't run

HOBOware free download from the website installed but won't run.

Any sympathizers out there?

You should use a previous version (e.g. 3.7.12) and install it on a default recipe for unlisted applications (windows XP). Current version doesn't work. When installed and open the first time, take care of the configuration window that appears behind the welcome advice of HOBOware. Pressing "scape" makes the window visible. Have in mind that the software will not read dataloggers, but is useful to export HOBOware files in .csv.
