actually not only this game but it seem it always fails on all blizzard game.
specifically it fails at update agent which is very beginning.
It says "We' re having trouble launching Battle.net update Agent. please ................." How to fix this?
I see this every now and then. What helps in my case is to uninstall the Battle.net client (but not the game) and reinstall it. It'll update and should find the game. If it doesn't, you can use the settings to point it to the game installation.
