I’m attempting to run this game but get a “failed to set display “ error. I see the initial splash screen but then it doesn’t launch the game. I’m using the GOG.com game download.
I’m using the most recent version of Crossover on a M1 Silicon Mac.
Is there any work around?
Same for me (also M1, but using Portingkit). I looked at Portingkit and it had two entries for HOMM5. I them clicked the other one (saying it's a DLC), and it actually loaded the game (full of glitches). It is actually possible to play using the other starter...
