The first time I start the game, I met "white screen", I solved it
But after that, I start the game again. The whole game screen blink continously (just like some graphic crashes). I still can see the UI, access to the Campain but they are blinking and some random characters too ?!?
Anyone has solution for this ?

I'm getting the same problem, massive flickering of the game with odd arrays of characters popping up.
So far as I can tell, this is a new problem; I haven't been able to find any references to problems like this in the past. (Unfortunately, I haven't tried playing HOMM 5 on CrossOver before, so I can't say for certain whether older versions would work. Maybe I'll try to get ahold of an older CrossOver and see if that helps.)
It could be a hardware issue, I suppose... I'm running CrossOver Games 10.1.0 on OS X 10.6.8 on a Mac Mini with the GeForce 320M chipset. As far as I can tell, behind all the flickering, the game does seem to be running fine otherwise...
I think you may have been having the same problem as I was. I just managed to fix it by adding a certain registry value.
Use Run Command to run /windows/regedit.exe in the bottle. Once you've opened Regedit, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine . If you don't see a Direct3D key, make one. Inside of it, add a string value of 'StrictDrawOrdering' and set the value to 'enabled'.
