Doesn't Run....Yet, please help!

I attempted to load and run Heroclix Online and it won't start up under Crossover Games 10.2.1. I then updated to Games 10.3, still won't start and received error message:

Heroclix Updater-Crash
A fatal error occurred in Heroclix Updater and it needs to close!

I looked on the web concerning the error- I got this:

I too, was hopeful I could run the program, but can't figure it out.
