Some kind soul at CodeWeavers added a C4P file for installation... Could not be any easier now.
Download and open the c4p file for Hello Kitty Online, and let CrossOver Games get to work. CXG will create/install everything it needs by itself.
Be aware that although the main game works with no problem, the minigames and item mall are not fully compatible.
Quick FYI...
The game makes heavy use of background downloading, and what you get to begin with is only part of the full download.
You start in the Dream Rooms (a series of very basic tutorials). The exit to the Dream Carnival will not work until it has finished downloading in the background. Once in the Dream Carnival, the exit to Sanrio Harbor will not work until it too has finished downloading in the background.
