I have exactly the same problem.
Linux Mint 17 (Cinnamon), with Intel HD4000 graphics.
I too am having the same issues, with the battle.net app.
I'm running linux mint 17 and a Lenovo ThinkPad E530 with Intel HD4000 card as well
It's fixed by using a recent mesa. In *ubuntu just add ppa:xorg-edgers/ppa to your sources, then upgrade. It look rigth after that.
