i have looong time knot make work battlenet to play hearthstone or any other blizzard software in ubuntu 14.04 i have pay the licence for crossover i search in google how to resolv this problem but i dont found how to can i get some help here ?

There's an apt-get command to install what may be missing under "Manually add the packages CrossOver needs" in the Ubuntu 14.04 paragraph.

What happens if you leave out that packages, as in, use the same line but without the libosmesa6:i386 package? Also, is your system up to date?
