install microsoft access 2007 runtime, jet 4.0 SP8 before installing HRD, the log uses database components.
expect a crash after editing favorites or some options like band layouts or seemingly random times, but will save new favorites just fine.
I have no experience with the 6.x version of HRD and have no plans to buy it.
