The Specialists Mod Problem

Hello, I have recently installed steam Via CrossOver Games, I then installed Half-Life, after it was done and I played it for a bit, I downloaded the mod "The Specialists" for it, it installed alright. It launches okay, when I start a game or join a server, it loads until the last part, the sound freezes and loops, and it does not respond after that.
