im not sure if this is a crossover issue but the tram guard in the beginning of the singleplayer game doesnt move.
I tried cheating past that point but all saves from after that seem to have become currupted if i quit.

Try starting a new game, and not moving at all. Wait patiently for a few minutes after the final stop. If he still doesn't open the tram try to noclip to the next point, save, close the game, and restart. I have had issues with getting stuck in the tram before, but I think they are related more to bugs in half life than to anything in crossover. Also what renderer are you using?
Do you have any Half Life bots(for multiplayer) installed? I saw one of those HL bots break the single player trigger system.
