Can't see in water

I can play Half-Life: Source. I can't see anything in the Water, it is like a grey soup.

Has anybody an advice?

My Specs:
Crossover Games (Mac) v8.1.4
Mac v10.6.2
Intel Core 2 Duo 2GHz
2GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD2400 128MB RAM

I am having the same issue with the same specs.

It started mid way through the game. At the beginning the water was normal.
