MIDI pitch not correct

Guitar Pro 5 works fine, except...

The pitch of the midi instrument is one half-step up in playback! I've tried changing every setting in the program I can think of, and I've gone to Applications-Utilities-Audio Midi and set the format to 44100.0 Hz but it isn't working.

I'm running OS X Snow Leopard, latest version.
