Low FPS on a M1 Pro

I installed Guild Wars 1 without any problems, but unfortunately, the FPS is horrendous. As far as I understand, it is caused by a Rosetta 2 bug, as stated here: https://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/crossover/forum/guild-wars?msg=257770#c2.

I understand that CodeWeavers has no insight into Apple's bug handling, but are there any updates on the submitted bug report?
