Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a MacBook Pro with an M3 Pro processor with 12 cores (6 performance and 6 efficiency) and 36GB of RAM. I installed the latest CrossOver version and installed GW2.

I used Crosstie to install GW2, so all dependencies and 3rd party tools were installed automatically. Yet, with all this, GW2 performance is horrible. Even though display is set to low (this was set automatically by the game after install), I can't even look around because the lag is too much. Basically, I can't play the game even at low settings.

Any suggestions?

Change the bottle settings:
Disable DXVK,
and enable D3DMetal and MSync.
This should run much better.

Great advice. I posted my success with D3DMetal in another thread before I saw this. I've added MSync and will see how that works. This was the main game I wanted to have work in CrossOver, so this is great. (Also set up Steam and am now considering two other Windows-only games once they go on sale.)

Going to definitely buy CrossOver at the upcoming Black Friday or Cyber Monday sale.
