Groove Virtual Office 3.0 currently fails to install:
Installer gives the following exception:

Unhandled Exception
Error Number: 0x80040702
Description: Failed to load DLL: wsock32

Setup will now terminate

With cx4.1 server beta,

I got the following error at the end of install:
Error Code: -5009: 0x80000FFFF
Error Information:

If someone knows how to fix this error, please advise :)

Hi Olivier,
As you can see I didn't even get this far with cx4.1 (not the server version admittedly). Were you installing on a clean cx office install or do you have other applications installed in this instance?

Groove Virtual Office 3.1 give the same exact error on cxoffice 5.0.0.

GroveInstaller.exe runs fine and downloads GrooveVirtualOffice.exe. Upon install of the second file is when one encounters the error about wsock32.

I Installed this in a win2k bottle with DCOM and IE 6 installed.

Is there a way to get the missing wsock32 dll?
