Does GTA V online still run on crossover after releasing the new anti-cheat software BattlEye?
not running at all . it was just a week after the fix of rockstar games launcher showing it is running in background and after the fix we got anticheat to ruin our game experience i mad pissed about that. better do a solution quick
Mine works fine, I am using 24.0.4
i bet you talking about gta in general . basically battleye has a problem while launching for me
if i disable battleye simply i dont get to launch online at all . tested on both versions 24.0.5/ 24.0.4
Doesn't work at all. I hope someone can fix it so we gan play GTA V online again soon.
Please crossover do something :(
Since BattlEye was introduced I am no longer able to play GTA V online via Crossover. 24.0.5.
I did download BattlEye and created a bottle in Crossover with it.
BattlEye automatically pops up when trying to launch GTA V online, but the game fails to load each time.
I can play normal GTA V once I disable BattlEye via Rockstar Games Launcher.
Its disappointing for such a popular game that Crossover haven't yet found a fix or posted to say they are working on doing so.
I have now resorted to Parallels Desktop 20 Pro Edition for MacBook and have been able to play GTA V online. This works exceptionally well graphically.
If anyone would like guidance or instructions, please let me know.
