Paul, I just tried this in Linux and before I rate it Silver rather than Gold, as the game plays 100% fine - after I've installed I can't open the Manager again, it looks like it's loading the game and just gives me a corrupt screen, sometimes with the GTA Manager's titlebar across the top. Can you open the Manager on the Mac properly?
(Note, the first time I loaded the Manager from the Installer, it worked perfectly well, which is why I thought I'd ask first!)

I have no problems at all.
I can run it so much as i want on my mac.
Maybe you can try this: run command --> go to the gta.exe file, before run save it to prgram menu -> then copy the link and past the shortcut to the desktop. Try run it now?
