Gothic 2 with D3D11 Renderer

Is someone successful in making Gothic 2 run with theD3D11 Renderer?

I read there: https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Gothic_II
that this game was made for DirectX 8, but a fanboy made a renderer for DirectX 11.

So I think that you need: the game installed + the patch made by the fanboy + installing vulkan driver on your OS + installing DXVK from Crossover + enabling D3D11 in Crossover.

Hey Dadu,

thanks for your reply! That sounds reasonable. I have tried my best to get a Vulkan driver installed, but I can't really make it work. Tried the LunarG SDK version as well as the MoltenVK, but it doesn't change a thing. Do you know a good instruction for installing a Vulkan driver?
